Hilton Hotel, Mission Valley

An aggressive renovation was planned by Tarsadia Hotels to renew the full service, fourteen story Hilton Hotel to the luxury brand standard its known for. The two story lobby was completely transformed by the newly reconfigured staircase of intricate wood siding and modern landing platform of concrete and glass. The Architectural elements were carried through to the new Polanco restaurant and lobby bar, unifying the structure and design. All 385 rooms were remodeled with modern, plushy furnishings of soft earth tones, and the 14^th floor concierge lounge given an open floor plan to reveal the panoramic view at the top. All public spaces, meeting rooms, offices and pool area were included in the renovation and successful transformation. Though the remodel was a sizeable undertaking, the Hotel remained operational throughout the renovation.
