As Architect on Record for the new 2,000 sf Manolo Blahnik retail store location at the ground level ofSouth Coast Plaza, RHA worked closely with both SCP to prepare for the tenant improvement , and Manolo Blahnik’s Paris design team; securing local City requirements, field verification, construction documents, permit processing, contractor bidding/selection, and construction administration. Communication of each project phase was vital to ensure the consistency of the luxury brand and overall success of the project.
