Neiman Marcus Expansion

This project is a partial interior remodel and 3,600sf expansion of an existing 3 story 159,000sf Neiman Marcus building in Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California. The requirement of entries from both inside Neiman Marcus and to the exterior mall concourse created challenges with an existing exit stair to be re-routed over the new roof of the expansion building. The building also was required to provide consistency with the Mall environment. RHA was responsible for the design and construction of the shell building.
