Courtyard by Marriott, Mission Valley

This ten story Hotel renovation encompassed a complete interior + exterior renovation, taking the building down to its structural core. Originally a Holiday Inn, this 321 room Hotel was remodeled into a Courtyard by Marriott. In the remodel the exterior balconies were converted to guestrooms allowing the guest suites to be enlarged and the building to recapture more than 15,000sf of usable space without triggering any entitlements. The renovation included all site public spaces, guest rooms and amenities, and bringing the property up to full ADA compliance.
