The Market Place, Pad K Building

This is a new 9,000 sf stand alone building designed for three separate restaurant tenants, all with exterior patios. RHA was responsible for the design and construction of the building shell including storefront and patios. This building is located within an existing retail center designed by Richardo Legorreta. The design of the building was intended to provide consistency with the overall design concept for the center.
