Originally built in 1964, the first Edwards Theater was constructed on this property. Soon after two more office buildings were added, making this signature corner of Harbor and Adams a Landmark in Costa Mesa’s history. RHA was initially commissioned to redevelop the property in 2001, and subsequent expansions and redevelopment continued until it reached full completion in 2015. In this time, all the original uses were readapted to new retail and restaurant uses better serving the community and local commerce. Totaling 60,000sf, this adaptive reuse includes administrative office, medical office, retail, restaurant and convenience market.
