Formally the UNOCAL headquarters in Brea, CA, La Floresta is a new 120 acre master plan community including 12 planned areas.  RHA designed and developed planning area 5, the mixed use portion of the project, including a total of 385,000 sf of new development integration retail, office, hotel, condominiums and live / work town homes.
