As part of the Redlands Corporate Center office mixed use planning and design process, RHA provided site plan studies along with building elevations for one and two-story Class B office condos. The office component was integrated with restaurants and two hotels. This office development folllowed the adjacent 245,000 sf Redlands Town Center retail development designed by RHA.
